MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

2005-1621. Ohio Consumers' Counsel v. Pub. Util. Comm.
Public Utilities Commission, No. 04-1931-EL-AAM. This cause is pending
before the court as an appeal from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
Upon consideration of the motion for leave to intervene as appellee of First
Energy Corp., on behalf of Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric
Illuminating Company, and The Toledo Edison Company,
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion for leave to intervene is
granted.

2005-1679. Ohio Consumers' Counsel v. Pub. Util. Comm.
Public Utilities Commission, No. 04-1645-EL-AAM. This cause is pending
before the court as an appeal from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
Upon consideration of the motion for leave to intervene as appellee of the
Dayton Power & Light Co.,
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion for leave to intervene is
granted.

MISCELLANEOUS DISMISSALS

2005-0710. Garcia v. O'Rourke.
Gallia App. No. 04CA7, 2005-Ohio-1034. This cause is pending before
the court as an appeal from the Court of Appeals for Gallia County. Upon
consideration of the appellants' application for dismissal,
IT IS ORDERED by the court that the application for dismissal is granted.
Accordingly, this cause is dismissed.

MISCELLANEOUS ORDERS

2004-0817. Cleveland Bar Assn. v. CompManagement, Inc.
Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law,
No. UPL 02-04. On January 19, 2006, relator filed a motion for limited
order of remand for purposes of clarification regarding the Board's
December 14, 2005 final report on remand. Respondent filed a response
on January 19, 2006. On January 24, 2006, the Board on the Unauthorized
Practice of Law filed an amended final report on remand. Upon consideration
thereof, It is ordered by the court that the motion for limited order of remand
is denied as moot. The show cause order issued by the court on December 30,
2005, remains in effect. Pursuant to the joint stipulated extension of time filed
on January 4, 2006, any objections and brief in support shall be filed on or
before February 8, 2006.
