Is the Gun (Still) Smoking in Regard to Ohio's 2004 Presidential Election Results?

The National Election Data Archive seems to think it is. In a report entitled, The Gun is Smoking: Ohio Precinct-level Exit Poll Data Show Virtually Irrefutable Evidence of Vote Miscount, the NEDA cites "virtually irrefutable evidence of large scale vote miscounts in Ohio during the 2004 presidential election."
