What's Next From The Feds?

First, it was the requirement that the State of Ohio pay $500,000 per year for erectile dysfunction drugs for people on Medicaid. Now, it seems as if the Federal Highway Administration has threatened millions of dollars in federal highway funds if some large murals in downtown Columbus, visible from federal highways, are not removed. The Ohio Department of Transportation has responded by ordering the murals to be removed. The clock is now ticking, and the designer of the murals has 30 days from last Wednesday to comply or face fines up to $5,000 for each mural.

Big Brother is watching.
