The Long National Nightmare Is Finally Over...

At least for football fans of THE Ohio State University. The United States Supreme Court declined, without comment, to hear the further appeal of former Buckeye running back Maurice Clarett. Clarett was challenging the NFL rule that held him out of the NFL draft until he was three years out of high school. The justices let stand a lower court ruling that said federal labor law allows NFL teams to set rules for when players can enter the league.
