Appellate Decision to Force Parole Re-hearings

The Ohio 10th District Court of Appeals decided last week that Ohio's adult parole authority did not provide inmates with a meaningful eligibility hearing. This will force the authority to re-hear cases involving between 3,000 to 6,000 inmates.
